Transfer of property, rights and liabilities
13. On 1st April 1996 all property, rights and liabilities of any area tourist organisation wound up and dissolved in accordance with paragraph 11(2) shall transfer to and vest in the Board other than such property, rights or liabilities as relate to Forth Valley Tourist Board which shall be divided equally between the Board and the Edinburgh and Lothians Tourist Board established by virtue of the Edinburgh and Lothians Tourist Board Scheme 1995.
