Section 168 shall, so far as it is not already in force, come into force on 4th September 1995 to the extent necessary to bring into force on that date the provisions of Schedule 11 (repeals) so far as it relates to the following enactments:

• Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 (c. 23)

• Criminal Justice Act 1988 (c. 33): sections 25, 34 and 160.
