The North East London Education Association Order 1995

Whereas the powers conferred by section 220 of the Education Act 19931 (“the Act”) are exercisable in relation to Hackney Downs School, a county school in the London Borough of Hackney, (“the School”) and whereas the Secretary of State for Education and Employment is of the opinion that the School should be conducted by a body corporate established under section 218 of the Act and that no suitable body corporate have been so established;
