2. Regulation 16 of the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners Registration Regulations 1967(1) (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”) shall be amended by the deletion of the second sentence and the substitution of the following therefor—
“This fee shall be paid at the time of the application for registration and shall be £144.00 for names entered on the Register before 31st March 1995 and £148.00 for names entered on the Register on 31st March 1995 and thereafter.”.
