2. Section 23(1) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (distributing bodies for sums allocated for expenditure on or connected with the arts)(1) shall be amended by substituting “the Arts Council of Northern Ireland” for “the Arts Council of Northern Ireland 1994”.
Section 23(1) was amended by the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (Amendment of Section 23) Order 1994 (S.I. 1994/1342).
