1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Warwickshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 15 September 1995.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the Warwickshire Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Warwickshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 25th January 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
