This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 1995/1892 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 173(1) and (2)(e) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and after consulting the Scottish Tourist Board and The Western Isles Islands Council in accordance with section 173(4)(a) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
