7. Where a determination of a rent assessment committee to which regulation 11(1A) of the Housing Benefit Regulations (restrictions on unreasonable payments)(1) refers was made prior to the 2nd October 1995 and that paragraph applied to that determination, the eligible rent of any claimant to whom the paragraph applied shall, from 2nd October 1995 for a period of not more than 12 months, commencing with the date of that determination, not exceed the rent so determined.
Paragraph (1A) was inserted in regulation 11 by S.I. 1989/566; relevant amending instrument S.I. 1990/546 and is omitted by regulation 5(4) of these Regulations.
