This Order may be cited as the Mental Health Services of Salford National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 13th October 1995.

In this Order—

• “the Authority” means the Salford and Trafford Health Authority;

• “the Trust” means the Mental Health Services of Salford National Health Service Trust;

• “the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 27th April 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
