1. These Regulations, which implement:
(a)Council Directive 89/556/EEC on animal health conditions governing intra-community trade in and importation from third countries of embryos of domestic animals of the bovine species(1);
(b)Council Directive 93/52/EEC amending Directive 89/556/EEC on animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in and importation from third countries of embryos of domestic animals of the bovine species(2); and
(c)Commission Decision 94/113/EC amending Council Directive 89/556/EEC on animal health conditions governing intra-community trade in and importation from third countries of embryos of domestic animals of the bovine species (text with EEA relevance)(3),
may be cited as the Bovine Embryo (Collection, Production and Transfer) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 13th October 1995.
