The Hallmarking (International Convention) (Amendment) Order 1995

The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under sections 2(1)(c) and (3), and 21(3) of the Hallmarking Act 19731 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
