Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State that the functions of certain valuation authorities should be discharged jointly in accordance with the provisions of this Order:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27(7) to (9) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, he hereby makes the following Order:
