This Order brings into force on 1st November 1995 the following provisions of the Antarctic Act 1994:Sections 1, 2, 8 to 32, 33 (except for the repeal of certain provisions of the Antarctic Treaty Act 1967 in connection with specially protected areas) and 34 to 36.
