9.  In paragraph 9—

(a) for the words “Notes (1) to (6) and Note (10)” there shall be substituted “Notes (1) to (6), (10), (12) and (19)”;

(b) for the words “Notes (1) and (2)” there shall be substituted “Notes (1), (1A), (2) and (15)”.
