The Secretary of State for Wales, after consultation with the council for every principal area the whole or any part of which is comprised in a National Park in Wales and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4A(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990(1), section 25(2) of the Welsh Language Act 1993(2), section 54(1) and (2)(e) of the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994(3) and sections 63(1) and (2), 64(7) and (8) and 75(3) to (7) of, and paragraphs 1(2) and 2(1) to (3) of Schedule 7 to, the Environment Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
1990 c. 8. Section 4A was inserted by Section 67(1) of the Environment Act 1995 c. 25.
1994 c. 19. Section 54 of the Act of 1994 is applied to Part III of the Environment Act 1995 by section 64(8) of that Act of 1995.
