A person who could, but for a withdrawal notice, have become entitled to participate in this Section of the scheme by virtue of satisfying paragraph 19 during the withdrawal period, will continue to be entitled to do so: at the end of that period, such a person is no longer entitled to participate in this Section of the scheme.
