This brings into force on 13th December 1995—the provisions of section 47(1), (2), (4) and (5) of the Police and Magistrates' Courts Act 1994 (constitution of police forces in Scotland) and related repeals;the partial repeal of paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.
