Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Dundee Port Authority Transfer Scheme 1995 Confirmation Order 1995 and shall come into force on 24th November 1995.
Confirmation of Scheme
2.—(1) The Dundee Port Authority Transfer Scheme 1995 is hereby confirmed with modifications.
(2) The text of the said Scheme as so confirmed is set out in the Schedule hereto.
