The Secretary of State for Social Security in exercise of powers conferred by sections 25(1), 29(1) and 30(1) of the Social Security Act 19891 and section 189(4) and (5) of the Social Security Administration Act 19922 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
