REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS, DEATHS, MARRIAGES, ETC.

These Regulations specify revised forms of the entries which are to be made on and after 1st January 1996 in—the Adopted Children Register maintained by the Registrar General for Scotland; andthe Parental Order Register which is maintained by the Registrar General for Scotland in consequence of the Parental Orders (Human Fertilisation and Embryology) (Scotland) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/2804).
