Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 21 of the Extradition Act 18701 and sections 4(1), 22(3), 30(1) and 37(3) of the Extradition Act 19892 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
