Amendment of regulation 30 of the Maintenance Assessment Procedure RegulationsE+W+S
32.—(1) Regulation 30 of the Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations (effective dates of new assessments) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In paragraph (1), for the words “regulation 8(3) (interim maintenance assessments)" there shall be substituted the words “regulations 8C (effective dates of interim maintenance assessments), 30A (effective dates in particular cases), 33(7) (maintenance periods)".
(3) After paragraph (2)(b), there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—
“(c)in a case where the application for a maintenance assessment is an application in relation to which the provisions of regulation 3 have been applied, the date an effective maintenance application form is received by the Secretary of State.”.
