Amendment of regulation 7 of the Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations51

Regulation 7 of the Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations (scope) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.

In sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (2), for the words “regulation 8(1B)" there shall be substituted the words “regulation 8(3)" and the word “or" shall be omitted.

At the end of sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (2), there shall be added the word “or".

After sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (2), there shall be added the following sub-paragraph—
c
a maintenance assessment calculated in accordance with Part I of Schedule 1 to the Act which is made following a Category A or Category D interim maintenance assessment within the meaning of regulation 8 of the Procedure Regulations where that Category A or Category D interim maintenance assessment is made after 22nd January 1996.
