There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 1995, Section 52.
52.—(1) Regulation 11 of the Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations (reviews) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In paragraph (1), after the words “under that assessment is" there shall be inserted the words “or was".
(3) In paragraph (4), for “regulation 31" there shall be substituted “regulations 31 to 31C".
