22. Section 75 of the Act(1) (collective investment schemes: interpretation) shall have effect as if the reference in subsection (6) to an authorised person included a reference to a European investment firm carrying on home-regulated investment business in the United Kingdom.
Section 75 has been amended by the Financial Services Act 1986 (Restriction of Scope of Act and Meaning of Collective Investment Scheme) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/349).
