Commencement of sections 50, 51 and 52 of, and Schedule 5 to, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of sections 50, 51 and 52 of, and Schedule 5 to, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 is 1st January 1996.
