The Home Energy Conservation Act 1995 (Commencement No. 2) (England) Order 1995 No. 3340 (C. 79)

Commencement

2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Home Energy Conservation Act 1995 shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

(2) Sections 3(1) and 4(1) and (2) of that Act shall come into force on 15th January 1996.
