2.	A3, Kingston Vale and Robin Hood Way—east side, from a point 14 metres north of the common boundary of Nos 12 and 14 Robin Hood Way to the boundary with the London Borough of Wandsworth.
3.	Robin Hood Way—west side service road, between a point 2 metres north of the southern flank wall of No 23 Robin Hood Way and its junction with A3, Robin Hood Way.
4.	Ace Parade from the junction with Hook Rise South to the junction with Elmcroft Drive.
5.	Tolworth Rise South—from the common boundary of Nos 112 and 114 Tolworth Rise South, including the southbound slip from A3, Kingston Bypass to its junction with Tolworth Roundabout.
6.	Hook Rise North service road fronting Nos 342 to 320 Hook Rise North—from its junction with A3, Kingston Bypass, to its junction with Fullers Way North.
7.	Tolworth Rise North—northbound slip road from its junction with Tolworth Roundabout to A3, Kingston Bypass.
8.	Hook Rise North—northbound slip road from A3, Kingston Bypass to its junction with Tolworth Roundabout.
9.	Hook Rise North—eastbound slip road to A3, Kingston Bypass, between a point 85 metres east of Hook Roundabout and a point 95 metres east of that point.
10.	Hook Rise North—eastbound slip road from Hook Roundabout, between its junction with Hook Roundabout and a point 40 metres south east of that point.
11.	Hook Rose South—westbound slip road from A3, Kingston Bypass to Hook Roundabout and that part of the service road fronting Nos 333 Hook Rise South and Nos 1 and 2 Elmcroft Drive, between a point 20 metres south east of the common boundary of No 333 Hook Rise South and No 1 Elmcroft Drive.
12.	Hook Rise South—southbound slip road from its junction with Tolworth Roundabout for a distance of 25 metres.
13.	Malden Way, north west side—service road, between a point opposite the south western flank wall of No 187 Malden Way and a point 5 metres north east of a point opposite the south western flank wall of No 171 Malden Way, including the eastern slip road leading from South Lane to the A3 and the western slip road leading from the A3 to South Lane.
14.	Malden Way, south east side—service road, between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 244 and 246 Malden Way and its junction with South Lane, including the eastern slip road leading from the A3, Malden Way to South Lane and the western slip road leading from South Lane to the A3, Malden Way.
