4.A3 Robin Hood Way—Esher bound carriageway between its junction with Kingston Vale and a point 14 metres north of the common boundary of Nos 12 and 14 Robin Hood Way.
5.Robin Hood Way—east side, service road fronting Nos 2 to 62 Robin Hood Way between its junction with A3, Robin Hood Way and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 2 and 4 Robin Hood Way.
6.Robin Hood Way—west side, service road fronting Nos 21 to 67 Robin Hood Way west side, between its junction with A3, Robin Hood Way and a point 2 metres north of the common boundary of Nos 21 and 23 Robin Hood Way.
7.Robin Hood Way—west side, service road fronting Nos 21 to 67 Robin Hood Way east side, between its junction with A3, Robin Hood Way and a point 1 metre north of the southern flank wall of No 23.
8.A3, Kingston Vale—north-west side (London bound carriageway), between its junction with Robin Hood Way and the borough boundary with London Borough of Wandsworth.
9.A3, Kingston Vale—south-east side (Esher bound carriageway), between the borough boundary with London Borough of Wandsworth and its junction with Robin Hood Way.
10.Ace Parade—north-west side, between its junction with Hook Rise South and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 9 and 10 Ace Parade.
11.Ace Parade, between its junction with Elmcroft Drive and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 18 and 19 Ace Parade.
12.Hook Rise North—London bound on-slip road from Hook Roundabout between its junction with Hook Roundabout and 40 metres south east of that point.
Hook Rise North—slip road from A3, Kingston Bypass to Tolworth Roundabout, north west side
13.Between its junction with A3, Kingston Bypass and a point 5 metres north east of the common boundary of Nos 48 and 46 Hook Rise North.
14.Between a point 5 metres south west of the common boundary of Nos 4 and 6 Hook Rise North and its junction with Tolworth Roundabout.
15.Hook Rise North—slip road from A3, Kingston Bypass to Tolworth Roundabout, south east side, between its junction with A3, Kingston Bypass and its junction with Tolworth Roundabout.

19.Hook Rise South—slip road to Hook Roundabout and part of the service road fronting Nos 333 Hook Rise South and Nos 1 and 2 Elmcroft Drive, north side, between its junction with Hook Roundabout and a point 22 metres south east of the common boundary of No 333 Hook Rise South and No 1 Elmcroft Drive.
20.Hook Rise South—slip road to Hook Roundabout and part of the service road fronting Nos 333 Hook Rise South and Nos 1 and 2 Elmcroft Drive, south side, between a point 19 metres south east of the common boundary of No 333 Hook Rise South and 1 Elmcroft Drive and a point 4.5 metres south east of the common boundary of Nos 365 and 363 Hook Rise South.
21.Malden Way—north west side, service road, between a point opposite the south western flank wall of No 187 Malden Way and a point 5 metres north east of a point opposite the south western flank wall of No 171 Malden Way, including the eastern slip road leading from South Lane to the A3 and the western slip road leading from the A3 to South Lane.
22.Malden Way—south east side, service road, between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 244 and 246 Malden Way and its junction with South Lane, including the eastern slip road leading from the A3, Malden Way to South Lane and the western slip road leading from South Lane to the A3, Malden Way.
Tolworth Rise North—north west side
23.Between its junction with Tolworth Roundabout and a point 9 metres south west of the south west flank wall of No 35 Tolworth Rise North.
24.Between a point 2 metres north east of the common boundary of Nos 109 and 111 Tolworth Rise North and its junction with Warren Drive North.
25.Between a point 3.5 metres south west of the common boundary of Nos 85 and 83 Tolworth Rise North and a point 2 metres north east of the common boundary of Nos 87 and 89 Tolworth Rise North.
26.Tolworth Rise North—south east side, between its junction with Tolworth Roundabout and its junction with A3, Kingston Bypass.
27.Tolworth Rise South—north west side, between its junction with Tolworth Roundabout and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 112 and 114 Tolworth Rise South.
Tolworth Rise South—south east side
