The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1995

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 9(3) and (5), 19(4), 23(1), 26, 29(3), 31(1), 73(1), 113(1) and (3), 162, 181 and 182(2) and (3) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993M1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Friendly Societies CommissionM2 and after referring the proposals to make these Regulations to the Occupational Pensions Board and considering their ReportM3, hereby makes the following Regulations:
