Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Greenwich Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 16th March 1995.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the Bexley and Greenwich Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Greenwich Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 29th April 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
