11. Where a district planning authority are required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to the Act(1) (local planning authorities — distribution of functions) to consult the county planning authority before determining an application for planning permission, they shall not determine the application until the expiry of at least 14 days after the date of the notice given to the county planning authority in accordance with sub–paragraph (6)(b) of that paragraph.
Paragraph 7 was amended by paragraph 35(2) of Schedule 4, and paragraph 53(4) of Schedule 7, to the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (c. 34).
