The Railway Pensions (Substitution and Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1995

PART I

1.  In this Schedule, unless the context otherwise requires, any reference—

(a) in Part II to a numbered paragraph is to the paragraph in Schedule 1 to the 1994 Order which bears that number; and

(b) in Part III to a numbered paragraph is to the paragraph in Schedule 2 to the 1994 Order which bears that number.
