The District of Bromsgrove (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1995
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the District of Bromsgrove (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1995, and shall come into force on 1st February 1995.
Interpretation2.
In this Order—
“ward” means a ward of the district of Bromsgrove in the county of Hereford and Worcester.
Electoral Changes3.
(1)
There shall be created a new ward which shall bear the name of the Uffdown and Waseley ward, and such ward shall consist of the existing areas of the wards of Uffdown and Waseley as marked on the map.
(2)
The wards of Uffdown and Waseley shall be abolished.
(3)
From 1st February 1995 until 4th May 1995 the Uffdown and Waseley ward shall be represented by the persons representing the Uffdown and Waseley wards immediately before 1st February 1995; thereafter it shall be represented by 3 district councillors.

This Order gives effect to proposals submitted to the Secretary of State by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England. It creates a new ward of Uffdown and Waseley of the district of Bromsgrove, to be represented by 3 district councillors.
