Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

In these Regulations “the principal regulations” means the Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) Regulations 19913.
