Accounts of old authorities
7. Any duty imposed on any of the old authorities by section 98(1) of the Act, but not performed by the material date, shall be performed by the relevent new authority in accordance with the provisions of that section, any regulations made under that section and any directions which may be given by the Secretary of State.
