Transfer
2.—(1) The property, rights and liabilities of the State Hospital Management Committee, which Committee was constituted by the Mental Health (State Hospital Management Committee, State Hospital, Carstairs) (Scotland) Order 1984(1), shall on 1st April 1995 transfer and be vested in the State Hospitals Board for Scotland constituted by the State Hospitals Board for Scotland Order 1995(2).
(2) Such transfer shall be a relevant transfer for the purposes of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981(3).
