The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10(6) of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 19631 and paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to that Act, having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 55(1) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
