Interpretation

2.  In this Order—

“the 1984 Act” means the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1);

“the 1991 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1991;

“the excluded areas” means the areas in the royal borough of Kingston upon Thames referred to in the Schedule to this Order; and

“the principal order” means the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames) Order 1994(2).
