1. This Order may be cited as the Natural History Museum (Authorised Repositories) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 31st March 1995.
2. For paragraph 4 of Part II of Schedule 3 to the British Museum Act 1963(3) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—
“4. The site in Wandsworth known as 75 Kimber Road SW18 4NX.”.

This Order removes from the authorised repositories of the National History Museum the site in South Ruislip and adds a site in Wandsworth.
1963 c. 24; section 10(2) was amended by section 11(2) of and Schedule 8, paragraph 2(1)(b) to the Museums and Galleries Act 1992 (c. 44).
