The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the British Museum Act 1963(1) and now vested in him(2), hereby, with the agreement of the Trustees of the Natural History Museum, makes the following Order:—

1.  This Order may be cited as the Natural History Museum (Authorised Repositories) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 31st March 1995.

2.  For paragraph 4 of Part II of Schedule 3 to the British Museum Act 1963(3) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—

4.  The site in Wandsworth known as 75 Kimber Road SW18 4NX..

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order removes from the authorised repositories of the National History Museum the site in South Ruislip and adds a site in Wandsworth.
