The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under sections 5(9), 10(1)(b), 11(1), (4) and (7), 15(1) and (2), 86(1) and 94(1) of the Weights and Measures Act 1985(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1985 c. 72; section 94(1) contains a definition of “prescribed”.
