This Order transfers to the City Hospitals Sunderland National Health Service Trust on 13th February 1995 trust property formerly held by the Sunderland Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the NHS Executive, Department of Health, NHS Trust Unit, Room 1W29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
Transfer of trust property2
On 13th February 1995 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
