Amendment of the Graduated Retirement Benefit (No 2) Regulations
11. Section 36(9) of the National Insurance Act 1965, as continued in force by regulation 3(3) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Graduated Retirement Benefit (No. 2) Regulations, shall be amended by substituting for the words “sections 14(6) and 15(4) of the Act (rate of unemployment benefit, sickness benefit or invalidity pension for persons over pensionable age)” the words “sections 25(5) and 30B(3)(1) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 and regulations 11(1) and 18(7) of the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) (Transitional) Regulations 1995(2) (rate of unemployment benefit and rate of incapacity benefit in transitional cases for persons over pensionable age)”.
