Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn pennu fersiynau Cymraeg o'r diwygiadau a bennwyd gan y Rheoliadau Grantiau Adnewyddu Tai etc. (Ffurflenni a Manylion Penodedig) (Diwygio) 1995 (O.S 1995/839) a thrwy hynny'n diwygio'r Rheoliadau Grantiau Adnewyddu Tai etc. (Ffurflenni a Manylion Penodedig) (Ffurflenni a Manylion Cymraeg) 1994 (O.S. 1994/693) fel y'i diwygiwyd. Mae'r mwyafrif o'r diwygiadau yn codi yn sgïal diwygiadau a wnaed gan y Rheoliadau Grantiau Adnewyddu Tai etc. (Lleihau Grant) (Diwygio) 1995 (O.S 1995/838) i'r Rheoliadau Grantiau Adnewyddu Tai etc. (Lleihau Grant) 1994 (O.S. 1994/648). Ceir mân ddiwygiadau a diwygiadau drafftio hefyd.

Mae Atodlen 1 y Rheoliadau'n diwgio Ffurflen 1 cais am grant adnewyddu; Atodlen 2 yn diwygio Ffurflen 2 cais am gyfleusterau i'r anabl; Atodlen 3 yn diwygio Ffurflen 3 cais am grant rhannau cyffredin; ac Atodlen 4 yn diwygio Ffurflen 4 cais am grant tŷ mewn aml-ddaliadaeth.

Mae Rheoliad 3(1) yn atal y Rheoliadau rhag bod yn gymwys i geisiadau a wneir cyn 17 Ebrill 1995 (ac eithrio fel y'i pennir yn rheoliad 3(2)).

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations prescribe Welsh versions of the amendments prescribed by the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/839) and thereby amend the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/693) as amended. Most of the amendments are consequential to amendments made by the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Reduction of Grant) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/838) to the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Reduction of Grants) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/648). There are also minor and drafting amendments.

Schedule 1 to the Regulations amends Form 1 application for renovation grant; Schedule 2 amends Form 2 application for disabled facilities grant; Schedule 3 amends Form 3 application for common parts grant; and Schedule 4 amends Form 4 application for HMO grant.

Regulation 3(1) stops the Regulations applying to applications made before 17th April 1995 (except as specified in regulation 3(2)).
