The Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 134 and 135 of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 26 to, the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Leeds Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.
2.—(1) Article 3 of the Leeds Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1988(2) is hereby revoked.
(2) So much of the Leeds Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1988 as has not previously been revoked shall be revoked with effect from 1st July 1995.

This Order revokes the Leeds Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1988 which designated the Leeds urban development area and established the Leeds Development Corporation.
1980 c. 65; section 134 is amended by section 47 and Part III of Schedule 12 to the Housing and Planning Act 1986 (c. 63). Sections 134 and 135 are amended by section 179 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (c. 28).
