1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 1995.
(2) Regulation 4 shall come into force on 13th April 1995 immediately after the coming into force of the Social Security (Medical Evidence) Amendment Regulations 1994(1) and the remaining provisions of these Regulations shall come into force forthwith.
