The Street Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Amendment) Regulations 1995

The Secretary of State for Transport as respects England and the Secretary of State for Wales as respects Wales in exercise of their powers under sections 53(1), (2), (3) and (6) and 104(1) of the New Roads and Street Works Act 19911 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following regulations:—
