The New Town (East Kilbride) Dissolution Order 1996

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 36G(1) of the New Towns (Scotland) Act 19681, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with East Kilbride Development Corporation, hereby makes the following Order:
