The requirement in articles 8 and 9 above to stain specified bovine material shall not apply if the specified bovine material is to be sent to a veterinary or medical school, laboratory, hospital or similar institution for instructional, diagnostic or research purposes, provided that the specified bovine material is stored separately from all other animal materials and is clearly identified as specified bovine material.
