Amendment of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Regulations 1991
10. In regulation 8(6)(a) of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Regulations 1991 (exemption from regulations 6 and 7) M1 after the words “income support" in each place where they occur there shall be inserted the words “or income-based jobseeker’s allowance".
